Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, change orders, and billing.
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize risk and maintain progress.
• Manage project closeout, including punch list, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

Profile

Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville should have:

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience working for a General Contractor in the commercial space
• Someone who puts relationships and safety before all else
• Teamwork is your #1 core working value and views Superintendents as your equal counterpart
• Looking for someone with projects experience $5M-$30M
• Ideal project sectors include: higher education/institutional, K12 schools, healthcare, light industrial
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable
• Applicable construction management software proficiency (Procore preferred)
• Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals

Job Offer

• Highly competitive base salary - $95,000 - $120,000 base
