• Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, change orders, and billing.
• Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes.Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize risk and maintain progress.
• Manage project closeout, including punch list, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville will be responsible for:
- Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.

- Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

Profile
Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville should have:
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience working for a General Contractor in the commercial space
- Someone who puts relationships and safety before all else
- Teamwork is your #1 core working value and views Superintendents as your equal counterpart
- Looking for someone with projects experience $5M-$30M
- Ideal project sectors include: higher education/institutional, K12 schools, healthcare, light industrial
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable
- Applicable construction management software proficiency (Procore preferred)
- Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals
Job Offer
Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Greenville
- Highly competitive base salary - $95,000 - $120,000 base
- Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
- 10% annual bonus
