Accounts Payable Coordinator
Seeking a candidate with prior accounts payable experience to join our client's Accounting team.
Client Details
Global trading company.
Description
- Verify invoices; process payment of invoices in a timely manner
- Communicate with vendors on a daily basis
- Coding invoices
- Monitor sales & use tax
- Post journal entries into the GL
- Follow up on vendor statements and discrepancies
Profile
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills
- SAP experience a plus
