Their comprehensive suite of offerings spans the entire antibody discovery pipeline, including antibody lead generation and engineering, developability assessment, and pharmacological evaluation. They are dedicated to accelerating drug discovery and providing innovative solutions for their clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
My client is rapidly growing in the United States and hiring across their Business Development team. This role focuses on the East Coast territory.
Description
They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior/Manager of Business Development for their East Coast territory. This key role will focus on expanding their client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical companies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the life sciences sector, particularly in antibody discovery and development.

Strategic Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors on the East Coast.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive innovative service offerings.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives and aligning their services to meet their needs.
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with scientific teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between client expectations and project execution.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams to drive service improvements and innovations.

Market Intelligence & Networking
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Establish a robust network of industry contacts to promote the company's services.

Performance Monitoring
- Track and report key business development metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development initiatives and results.
Profile
