Construction Superintendent - Hartford, CT
A Hartford-based Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations for ground-up and renovation construction projects. This role requires managing all phases of construction with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Description
Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors and trades.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, safety standards, and quality control.
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors.
Maintain detailed records, manage inspections, and resolve field issues promptly.
Profile
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects, with a deep understanding of construction processes, site safety, and scheduling. They are a proactive leader, effective communicator, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence.
