MEP Superintendent
A leading employee-owned general contractor based in Scottsdale, is seeking an MEP Superintendent to join their team.

Description
✅ Manage on-site MEP operations, ensuring quality and schedule adherence
✅ Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and field staff
✅ Oversee MEP installations, testing, and commissioning
✅ Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively
Profile
🔹 MEP Superintendent experience in large-scale multifamily or high-rise projects
🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
🔹 Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and drive schedules
🔹 Experience working with BIM coordination and project scheduling software
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
