Business Development Sales Manager
The Business Development Manager will be the tip of the spear for generating new project opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships to drive business.

As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and help shape the future of our firm.
Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interiors space (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: developers, brokers, architects, designers, project managers, and property managers
Represent the company at industry networking events, panels, and conferences
Collaborate with leadership and estimating teams on pitch strategies, proposals, and RFP responses
Maintain and track a robust pipeline of prospects in CRM software
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position the company strategically
Partner with marketing to refine messaging, collateral, and campaigns to support business development goals
Profile
1+ year of business development, sales, or client relationship experience in commercial construction, architecture, real estate, or related industries preferred but not required
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ownership
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for design, construction, and the built environment
