My client is seeking a Technical Services Team Leader (Engineering Manager) with a strong background in team leadership and management within the Manufacturing space. Description

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and supervising the technical team.
• Directly managing two team leaders and 13 team members.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with different departments to achieve project goals.
• Developing and implementing process improvements.
• Providing technical guidance to team members.
• Managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.

Profile

A successful Technical Services Team Leader should have:

• A relevant degree in Engineering or related field.
• Preferably a Mechanical Engineering background.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
• Excellent leadership/management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Sound knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
