Senior Estimator - Hospitality Projects - North Shore MA

We're seeking a Senior Estimator to join a leading construction management firm in Beverly, MA. This role will focus on preconstruction and estimating for ground-up projects across retail, hospitality, automotive, and life sciences sectors. Client Details

• Lead the estimating process for ground-up projects ranging from $2M-$20M
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams to develop strategies
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness
• Support business development efforts with conceptual and schematic estimates
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices

Profile

• A successful Senior Estimator should have:
• 8+ years of experience in estimating within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of ground-up projects in retail, hospitality, automotive, or life sciences
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
