Construction Project Manager - Hospital Experience

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage various construction projects within the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. This position is specifically looking for someone with experience working for general contractors in S Florida, building hospitals.

Description

  • Oversee the construction of large ground up hospital construction projects
  • Manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee site safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets the required standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
