Superintendent - Construction
Our client is seeking a Site Supervisor who will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Our client is leading General Contractor with a reputation for excellence in the construction industry. they specialize in luxury, single family, residential projects and are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the Hamptons.
Description
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, timesheets, and material usage.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with high-end residential projects. Luxury Single-family home experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
