APM - Interior Renovations - Manhattan, NY

We are seeking an APM - Interior Renovations - Manhattan, NY to support multifamily conversions, residential interiors, and commercial office buildouts. This role is designed to provide hands-on project exposure while preparing you for a clear path to Project Manager.

They specialize in commercial and multifamily residential interiors, conversions, and structural rehabilitation - with a strong reputation for quality in the New York City market.

Description

• Support project managers in coordinating multifamily and commercial interior projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure timely communication across project stakeholders and contribute to successful project delivery.

Profile

• 1-3 years of experience as an APM or project engineer in NYC construction.
• Exposure to multifamily, commercial interiors, or conversion/repositioning projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to grow into a Project Manager role.
