Entry Level Accounting Analyst | F200 Manufacturer | Niles, IL
Reporting directly into the Senior Manager with tons of communication and support from Corporate Leadership Team, you will assist with the corporate consolidation processes, while gaining tons of exposure to other facets of the business. They are wanting to offer tons of mentorship and training to this individual as you will have a fast career progression to move up within their organization.
Client Details
I'm partnered with a Fortune 200, global, multi-billion dollar manufacturing company near Niles, IL. They have over 40 holding companies and are now seeking to being on an Accounting Analyst to their team due to an internal promotion. There are tons of room for progression internally or within another business unit so it is the perfect time to join!
Description
- Manage tasks associated with the company's global quarterly financial close and consolidation process.
- Collaborate with the company's international divisions to interpret and evaluate financial results.
- Generate reports and provide insights for quarterly management reviews.
- Support external auditors by providing documentation and analysis for key audit areas.
- Aid in drafting and reviewing SEC filings and related disclosures, including 10-K and 10-Q reports.
- Gain familiarity with and adhere to the company's corporate policies and internal procedures.
- Participate in departmental initiatives and cross-functional Finance projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency and the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Compile data for submission to various government surveys and reporting requirements.

Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Understanding and application of accounting principles/practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
