We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Accountant with a background in the construction industry and a strong understanding of accounting principles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex financial tasks and have a keen eye for detail.

Description

• Oversee financial project management
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders
• Process and work through AIA G702/703, lien waivers
• Work directly with subcontractors

Profile

A successful 'Senior Project Accountant' should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of accounting experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in financial software systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
