Project Manager - Ground Up Public - Hanover, MA - $160k - Responsibilities

• Own and manage full project lifecycles from preconstruction through close-out

• Drive critical path scheduling and push project milestones

• Collaborate with in-house supers, APMs, and field teams

• Report directly to executive leadership

• Maintain schedule focus and project controls using P6 or MS Project

Profile

• 8+ years of PM experience on ground-up construction

• Strong track record in public-sector work (municipal projects preferred)

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project
