A mission-driven, farmer-owned CPG manufacturer is seeking a Division Manager, Foodservice to help lead growth across a high-priority national channel. Job Description
- Lead and execute division-level growth strategies across broadline and regional foodservice distribution
- Manage and develop broker partners, field teams, and key distributor HQ relationships
- Collaborate on national joint business planning and strategic contract negotiations with top distribution partners (Sysco, US Foods, GFS, PFG, etc.)
- Analyze and translate distributor-specific data into strategic, actionable sales plans
- Deliver on financial targets through optimized trade management and margin performance
- Lead market planning, sales training, and trimester business planning for regional broker teams
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, broker visits, and industry events (~25% travel)
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)
- Contribute to strategic planning, including digital shelf compliance and category insights
- Support deduction management and commercial compliance in partnership with brokers

Profile
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years of foodservice manufacturer sales experience, including distributor and broker experience
- Hunting sales/business development experience
- Proven track record in national contract negotiation
- Deep knowledge of food & beverage distributor structures, pricing strategies, trade funding, and industry trends
- High initiative and comfort in ambiguous or build-from-scratch environments
- Skilled in financial planning, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced communication skills with strong presence across all operator segments
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of tools like Power BI, Blacksmith, Tibersoft a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required
