Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale healthcare or education construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Utilize Procore, MS Office, and other industry-standard software to streamline project management.
- Ensure compliance with MCPPO requirements and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to track and report project performance.
Profile
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- Currently hols PM or SPM title
- 10+ years of project management/cm experience with healthcare or Higher-ed projects
- Proven success leading $20M+ Corporate Interiors, Fit outs/Build outs, Tenant Improvements projects
- Must have MCPPO certification
- Skilled in decision making and financial analysis
- Organized, excellent communicator, team player, great interpersonal skills
- Eager to build/grow career
- Bachelor's in Construction-related degree (preferred)
