Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale healthcare or education construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Utilize Procore, MS Office, and other industry-standard software to streamline project management.
• Ensure compliance with MCPPO requirements and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to track and report project performance.

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• Currently hols PM or SPM title
• 10+ years of project management/cm experience with healthcare or Higher-ed projects
• Proven success leading $20M+ Corporate Interiors, Fit outs/Build outs, Tenant Improvements projects
• Must have MCPPO certification
• Skilled in decision making and financial analysis
• Organized, excellent communicator, team player, great interpersonal skills
• Eager to build/grow career
• Bachelor's in Construction-related degree (preferred)
