Superintendent- Commercial Interiors
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a dynamic general contractor specializing in commercial interiors projects throughout Miami. This is an opportunity for a driven construction professional to lead high-end office, retail, and hospitality buildouts from start to finish.

Description
Oversee daily onsite operations of commercial interiors construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, deliveries, and inspections to ensure work is completed on time and within scope
Enforce safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized job site
Collaborate closely with the project manager, owner, architects, and vendors
Conduct daily reports, manage punch lists, and ensure final project turnover meets quality standards
Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain momentum and mitigate delays
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (retail, office, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
Proven ability to lead fast-paced buildouts with aggressive schedules
Strong knowledge of building codes, sequencing, and construction practices specific to interiors work
Skilled communicator who can build trust with subcontractors and clients alike
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000-$120,000, depending on experience
