Superintendent- Commercial Interiors

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a dynamic general contractor specializing in commercial interiors projects throughout Miami. This is an opportunity for a driven construction professional to lead high-end office, retail, and hospitality buildouts from start to finish.

Description

• Oversee daily onsite operations of commercial interiors construction projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, deliveries, and inspections to ensure work is completed on time and within scope

• Enforce safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized job site

• Collaborate closely with the project manager, owner, architects, and vendors

• Conduct daily reports, manage punch lists, and ensure final project turnover meets quality standards

• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain momentum and mitigate delays

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects (retail, office, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)

• Proven ability to lead fast-paced buildouts with aggressive schedules

• Strong knowledge of building codes, sequencing, and construction practices specific to interiors work

• Skilled communicator who can build trust with subcontractors and clients alike

• OSHA 30 certification preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
