CM-@-Risk Estimator

We are looking for a CM-@-Risk Estimator to join a growing team in the Property industry. The ideal candidate will provide accurate cost estimates, ensuring successful project execution within the Construction department.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop comprehensive budgets.
• Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
• Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and current pricing information.
• Participate in bid reviews and negotiations with subcontractors and vendors.
• Provide support in the development of project schedules and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the estimation process.

Profile

A successful CM-@-Risk Estimator should have:

• Must have CM-@-Risk experience!
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
