Description
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial interiors projects across multiple sectors.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality outcomes.
- Review project documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop comprehensive bid proposals.
- Evaluate and select subcontractor bids to align with project goals and budgets.
- Maintain historical cost data and utilize estimating software to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
- Provide value engineering options and work within tight deadlines to meet client expectations.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience with a general contractor specializing in commercial interiors.
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and deliver results from Day 1.
- Strong understanding of project documents, construction plans, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive mindset.
