Construction Estimator - Manhattan, NY
A top-tier NYC general contractor is looking for an experienced Estimator to price and win high-profile projects across healthcare, interiors, retail, residential, hospitality, education, and life sciences. This is a unique opportunity to join a firm with a $15.2 billion portfolio and play a critical role in shaping some of the most exciting projects in Manhattan.

Established in 2005, this reputable and financially strong general contractor has built a name for delivering complex, high-end projects across multiple industries. They offer General Contracting, Pre-Construction, Construction Management, and Program Management services, working with some of the biggest developers and architects in NYC.
Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and interior projects across multiple sectors.
Review construction documents, specifications, and subcontractor bids.
Develop accurate takeoffs, analyze costs, and manage value engineering options.
Work closely with pre-construction teams, project managers, and executives.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Profile
5+ years of experience as an Estimator for a general contractor, preferably in NYC.
Strong background in commercial interiors, healthcare, retail, or residential projects.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates at once.
Strong relationships with NYC subcontractor and supplier networks.
Proficiency in estimating software (such as Bluebeam, ProEst, or Timberline).
