Traveling Superintendent

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will take full ownership of onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the driving force on-site, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.

Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks
• Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
• Travel to project sites nationwide as required

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage projects across multiple sectors (ground-up and TI experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (project-based assignments)
• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
• OSHA certification preferred
