Traveling Superintendent
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will take full ownership of onsite operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the driving force on-site, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.

Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and field personnel
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks
- Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve issues and keep projects on track
- Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation
- Travel to project sites nationwide as required
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Ability to manage projects across multiple sectors (ground-up and TI experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (project-based assignments)
- Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
- OSHA certification preferred
