Description

• Analyze brick and mortar retail expansion opportunites internationally.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for retail.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Analyze store performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate on KPIs and retail performance management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing FP&A team.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 7-10 years of FP&A experience, with a retail focus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with retail operations in apparel and performance management.
