Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for bakery, retail, and corporate roles

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms

• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines

• Assist with new hire on boarding and HR documentation

• Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and applicant tracking system

• Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, compliance, and training coordination

• Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting and/or HR experience

• Experience recruiting in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Manhattan)

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
