Recruiter - Bakery
A world-renowned Manhattan bakery brand known for its craftsmanship, creativity, and loyal following is seeking a Recruiter & HR Associate to join its growing team. With a loyal following among both New Yorkers and international visitors, the company has built a reputation for exceptional quality, creativity, and craftsmanship.
Description
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for bakery, retail, and corporate roles
Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms
Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
Assist with new hire on boarding and HR documentation
Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and applicant tracking system
Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, compliance, and training coordination
Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed
Profile
Minimum 2 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
Experience recruiting in hospitality, retail, or food & beverage is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Manhattan)
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
