The Onboarding Consultant will manage the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely release for trading while maintaining existing accounts to reflect client changes. This role (located on-site in Princeton, NJ) requires strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in financial operations and tools like Aladdin or Fiserv APL.

Description

• Onboarding new accounts for Private Investors, ensuring accuracy and timely release for trading.
• Reviewing and validating client information, management details, restriction data, and billing information for new accounts.
• Performing ongoing maintenance of existing accounts to reflect client or account-level changes.
• Reviewing and approving client contracts for portfolio management.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to compliance standards.
• Utilizing tools such as Aladdin and Fiserv APL to process and maintain account data.
• Conducting detailed research and analysis to validate account setups and resolve discrepancies.
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ensuring all account-related processes are aligned with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Providing support for special projects and working overtime as needed.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of financial markets and business operations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with Aladdin or Fiserv APL.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will earn a competitive hourly pay rate for the duration of a six-month contract (March-September 2025) in Princeton, NJ.
