A prestigious law firm is seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to take full ownership of its legal billing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage the entire billing cycle independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.

Description
- Oversee and manage the full legal billing process, including preparing, reviewing, and finalizing invoices.
- Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, legal regulations, and firm policies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve billing discrepancies and clarify invoice details.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate billing records and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize legal billing software to manage e-billing submissions and tracking.
Profile
- Proven experience in legal billing, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of billing software and e-billing platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of billing operations.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with attorneys, clients, and finance teams.
- Understanding of legal fee arrangements, including hourly billing, retainers, and alternative fee structures.
