A project manager overseeing ground-up commercial builds in the Charleston market. This role supports newly awarded projects and strengthens a growing long-term project pipeline.

Description
* Manage ground-up commercial projects ranging from $5M-$20M
* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation
* Lead RFIs, submittals, pay apps, and owner communications
* Support preconstruction with early budgeting and scope alignment
* Provide consistent on-site oversight through regular visits during key phases
Profile
A successful Commercial Project Manager should have:
- 7+ years as a PM delivering commercial ground-up projects
- Experience managing $5M-$20M scopes
- Strong tenure with no history of multiple short-term roles
- Skilled in scheduling, financial management, and subcontractor oversight
- Clear communicator with owners, design partners, and field teams
