Description

• Manage all phases of assigned SCA projects from pre-construction through close-out

• Coordinate and lead field staff, subcontractors, architects, and agency reps

• Ensure compliance with SCA guidelines, safety standards, and schedule milestones

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration

• Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on SCA or similar NYC public sector projects

• Strong knowledge of SCA compliance and documentation requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects or phases concurrently

• A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field
