Construction Superintendent - Luxury Projects
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a background in overseeing the construction of ground-up luxury homes and country club projects in Palm Beach County. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential and recreational facilities from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Project Oversight & Leadership:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up luxury homes and country club projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead, direct, and motivate subcontractors, laborers, and the construction team, ensuring the project runs smoothly and safely.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and clients to align project goals and address any issues promptly.

Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure that all work meets the company's high standards of quality and craftsmanship, with an emphasis on luxury finishes and attention to detail.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards for job site cleanliness and organization, ensuring the site is safe for workers and visitors.

Scheduling & Budgeting:
Develop and maintain the project schedule, ensuring that all milestones are met and adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate project needs.
Monitor and control project costs to avoid cost overruns and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management regarding progress, budget, and any challenges encountered.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on the progress of the project.
Maintain strong communication with the project team, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan.
Address and resolve any client concerns or project-related issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Profile

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent, with specific experience in luxury residential and country club projects.
Proven experience managing ground-up construction, with a strong understanding of luxury home finishes and country club facilities.

Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of luxury home construction standards and country club amenities, including high-end finishes, landscaping, and recreational facilities.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in construction management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unforeseen challenges.
Thorough understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Certifications:
OSHA 30-hour certification required.
PMP or LEED certification is a plus.

Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards of quality.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel to various job sites within Palm Beach County.
