Description

• Manage loan documentation, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate loan disbursements and repayments in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update loan records in the system for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless loan operations.
• Assist in preparing reports and analyses related to loan portfolios.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders regarding loan inquiries.

Profile

A successful Associate - Loan Operations should have:

• A background in financial services, preferably with exposure to loan operations or banking.
• Bilingual Mandarin
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage loan documentation effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to loan processing.
