Project Manager- High End Restaurants
An established and reputable general contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee high-end restaurant construction projects across Miami. This is an exciting opportunity to lead luxury hospitality builds from concept to completion in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Known for delivering high-profile hospitality and restaurant spaces, they take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to exceed client expectations. With a solid pipeline of luxury restaurant projects, they are looking to grow their team with top-tier talent.
Description
Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute project plans
Lead on-site construction activities and manage schedules, permitting, and inspections
Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction at all stages
Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and reporting documentation
Drive clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong portfolio in high-end restaurant or hospitality construction
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver luxury finishes under tight deadlines
Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and construction methods in South Florida
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 (depending on experience)
