Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in healthcare construction to oversee projects from preconstruction through completion. This role offers an opportunity to lead complex medical facility builds while working with a top-tier general contractor in Fort Lauderdale.

Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution while adhering to AHCA regulations and healthcare compliance.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract administration.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are met per OSHA and industry standards.
Profile
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
