QA/QC Manager
We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and control across active construction projects in Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade Counties, and Fort Myers. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining construction standards while ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory compliance.

Description
- Travel regularly to active job sites to conduct inspections, enforce quality control procedures, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review and implement QA/QC plans across multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Lead and manage preconstruction meetings to align expectations and address quality-related concerns.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and checklists to track quality performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues proactively.
- Stay current with building codes, safety regulations, and industry trends to ensure projects remain compliant.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on multifamily and commercial projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently across project locations, including overnight stays as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30, preferred but not required.
