Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager with ground-up multifamily experience for a General Contractor in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will focus on managing the full life cycle of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description
- Oversee and manage the entire construction process for ground-up multifamily projects, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure effective project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Address and resolve project challenges, ensuring smooth communication among all stakeholders.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with ground-up multifamily construction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proven track record of managing complex projects. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
