Project Manager-PA
Coordinator all these stages of construction process from land development through project closeout to delivery adhering to strict schedule and within budget. Manage all aspects of a construction project. Direct work progress of superintendent's and other support staff. Establish construction goals and monitor construction operations.

A New Jersey-based residential real estate developer and property manager, founded in 1984, specializing in affordable rental communities for families, seniors, and mixed‑income residents. The firm has delivered dozens of LEED‑ and ENERGY STAR‑certified apartment complexes and expanding their footprint into the Pennsylvania market.
Description
- Oversee construction standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry methods.
- Develop and manage project schedules to meet contractual deadlines and coordinate with superintendents to track progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and professionals, including owners, architects, and engineers, to maintain strong working relationships and approve necessary changes.
- Promote safety and performance, monitoring safety programs and using motivational techniques to drive subcontractor productivity and quality.
Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in Ground Up, Multifamily, Wood Frame construction
- Self starter that is going to take ownership of this project and run it from inception to close out
- Proven success in delivering $15-30M projects
- Professionalism: the right fit remains cool under extreme pressure, treating all levels with respect
