Superintendent I - Healthcare - Nashville
Develop a team & conduct different crews for ground up & expansion focused medical projects within the Nashville area. Communicate with other teams and upper management to tackle completion within the timelline and under budget.
Client Details
Nashville based general contractor working with established medical professionals in the Nashville market. Leadership experience reaches back multiple decades helping them land projects in the Nashville area. Their focus remains in the medical field doing everything from hospitals, 24 hr emergency rooms, all the way to renovations and expansions.
Description
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- Utilize Procore
Profile
- Ground Up and renovation / expansion experience
- Experience in medical construction
- Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
