As an Injection Molding Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the production of precision-molded components for life science applications, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals. This position focuses on the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of injection molding and liquid silicone rubber processes within a cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environment.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding and processes to ensure production efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes to support new product introductions and existing production lines.
• Interpret technical drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action implementation related to process deviations or product non-conformance.
• Work collaboratively with quality, tooling, and production teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain process documentation, reports, and validation protocols as needed.
• Support process validation activities in alignment with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 standards.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience in injection molding and silicone rubber manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 quality systems.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including mechanical drawings and process instructions.
