Project Manager I - Waste Water - Knoxville
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, who is well-versed in the business services industry and construction department. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring the project's successful completion.

Description
- Manage the planning and execution of construction projects.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned.
Profile
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $110,000 - $125,000, inclusive of bonuses.
