Traveling Superintendent - New England

The Traveling Superintendent position is an exciting opportunity for a well-tenured superintendent to work independently and autonomously on financial/banking projects. This role involves overseeing and managing construction projects across the New England area while ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

Description

• This position will be the night shift 6pm - 2am
• Work on financial/ banking projects
• Oversee and manage construction projects across New England, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Train and mentor on-site personnel to maintain high standards of performance.

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

• Experience working on financial / banking projects
• Experience in occupied renovation experience
• Procore experience
• Proven experience in construction project management, specifically within the Business Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across New England and adapt to various project environments.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining client satisfaction.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 USD.
