The Senior eBilling Coordinator will manage and oversee all aspects of the eBilling process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in legal billing and a passion for process improvement.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end eBilling process, including invoice submissions and troubleshooting issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding eBilling matters.
- Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with the legal department to resolve billing discrepancies and provide necessary support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all eBilling activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Train and support team members on eBilling systems and procedures.
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor billing performance and trends.
Profile
A successful Senior eBilling Coordinator should have:
- Strong knowledge of eBilling platforms and legal billing processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication abilities to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
