Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - DC Area will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution on-site for significant projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Collaborate with your team, providing mentorship to your Assistant Project Manager.
- Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - DC Area will have:
- Minimum of 5 years in construction with at least 2 years as a Project Manager.
- Experience in commercial interiors and some base building projects.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - DC Area will receive:
- Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000
- Monthly car allowance of $400-$450
- Flexible spending account

- 11 days' vacation, all holidays except Columbus day.
- 5 sick days.
