Mid-size GC headquartered in North Carolina - with a growing office in Myrtle Beach - is seeking a Lead Superintendent to join their team. Upcoming projects will be based throughout the Myrtle Beach area.

They specialize in commercial and industrial work, delivering both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $5M-$25M.

Description

• Supervise all phases of construction activities, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflow and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress updates.
• Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and control costs.
• Foster clear communication among team members, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
