Description
The Construction Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will be responsible for:
- Support project team
- Supervising and documenting project schedules, change-orders, submittals, budgets, and submit RFI's for approval
- Oversee maintenance of contract documents for field operations
- Oversee project activities under the supervision from a project manager
- Attend project meetings onsite and in the office
- Oversee with project close-out documentation
- Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Provide in-person support at job sites as required
- Manage client relationships
- Manage support staff
Profile
The ideal Construction Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related preferred
- 5-10+ years of total experience
- 5+ years running projects as a Lead Project Manager
- Experience managing Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection and/or Plumbing
- Project experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Academic and/or Commercial markets
- Proven track record
