Description
The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale projects, oversee multiple teams, and ensure seamless execution from preconstruction through project closeout. This role requires a seasoned leader who thrives in high-stakes environments, particularly in occupied healthcare spaces, while mentoring junior team members and driving organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for healthcare and government construction projects.
- Lead preconstruction efforts, ensuring accurate estimates and efficient project planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, particularly in active hospital environments.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain quality.
- Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Profile
- Experience: 8-10+ years of project management experience in construction, with a strong preference for healthcare renovations or work in occupied spaces.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in project management tools, estimating, and construction scheduling software.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage multiple projects, and handle high-pressure situations.
- Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on detail, safety, and compliance in sensitive environments.
- Collaborative Spirit: Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving success through teamwork and innovation.
