This is a Broward County-based luxury builder with decades of experience crafting some of the most prestigious homes in South Florida. Known for their client-focused approach, uncompromising standards, and attention to detail, they specialize in ultra-high-end ground-up residences and large-scale remodels. With a strong pipeline of new luxury projects in the area, they offer stability and the chance to work on signature builds.
Description
- Oversee daily field operations for custom luxury homes (10,000+ SF), both ground-up and remodels.
- Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure flawless execution of high-end finishes, structural work, and MEP systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, architects, and designers, ensuring alignment with vision and specifications.
- Drive projects from start to final handover, ensuring an exceptional homeowner experience.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in custom luxury residential construction (not production/spec homes).
- Proven track record overseeing high-end homes of at least 10,000 SF.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades, schedules, and budgets.
- Deep knowledge of high-end finishes, structural systems, and MEP coordination.
- Professional, client-facing, and detail-driven, with excellent communication skills.
