We are seeking a skilled Shell Estimator to join our team in Miami within the property industry. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring all proposals align with project requirements and budgets.

Description

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for shell construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment on project scope.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to determine accurate pricing.
• Monitor industry trends and costs to ensure competitive pricing.
• Provide recommendations to enhance cost efficiency and project profitability.
• Maintain records of all estimates and proposals for future reference.
• Assist in post-project evaluations to refine estimation processes.

Profile

A successful Shell Estimator should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, particularly in shell construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Expertise in using relevant estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with project stakeholders.
• A results-driven and detail-oriented approach to project estimation.
