Description
Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects necessary for timely and within-budget project completion, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards.
Team Leadership: Provide mentorship to assistant project managers and serve as a liaison between project team members and the community, promoting the firm's and clients' interests.
Technical Expertise: Offer specialized knowledge in cost estimation, contract negotiation, change order management, and project objective establishment to ensure successful project outcomes.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them promptly, thereby minimizing disruptions and optimizing project progress.
Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring transparency, addressing concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout project execution.

Profile
Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years in the construction industry with a proven track record in project management, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, education (K-12), senior living, and commercial projects exceeding $20 million.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of general contracting processes, including cost estimation, contract negotiation, and change order management. Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while serving as a liaison between project stakeholders and the community.
Organizational Acumen: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and achieve project goals within specified timelines and budgets.
Educational Background: While a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, equivalent industry experience and certifications are also valued.
