Healthcare Construction PM
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction to lead and manage high-profile projects in the Miami area. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with proven success delivering complex projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings, laboratories, and other institutional facilities.

Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects ranging from $10M-$100M+
Manage multiple stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Oversee all aspects of construction: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety compliance
Conduct and lead project meetings (design, preconstruction, OAC, progress, and close-out)
Review and manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and drawings
Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers, assistant PMs, and field staff
Ensure full compliance with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and other regulatory requirements
Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams on project planning and value engineering
Track project performance metrics and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on time and within budget
Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
8-15+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years focused on healthcare construction
Demonstrated experience with projects involving hospitals, labs, medical office buildings, and institutional facilities
Deep understanding of healthcare-specific regulations, including AHCA, OSHPD, or similar
Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar construction projects through all phases
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office
OSHA 30, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus
