Lead multidisciplinary project teams on high‑value ground-up commercial projects ranging from $15M-$50M.
Client Details
A large national ENR Top 200 contractor operating across commercial, healthcare, and multifamily markets.Description
- Full project lifecycle management (precon through turnover)
- Budget management and cost control
- Oversee subcontractor contract execution
- Lead OAC meetings and client communication
- Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance
Profile
- 5-8 years of project management experience
- Proven track record overseeing commercial builds
- Strong understanding of contracts and risk management
- Procore, Bluebeam, and financial reporting experience
