Senior Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes - Boston

A high-end residential builder is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Director-level candidate to lead luxury residential projects in Downtown Boston. This is a growth-driven role with direct reporting to ownership and the chance to shape a division.

Client Details

Privately held custom homebuilder with over 30 years of experience delivering ornate, high-profile residences across Greater Boston and Cape Cod. Known for craftsmanship, passion for the industry, and a tight-knit team culture. Projects range from $10M-$20M new builds, with a mix of renovation and commercial work. Description

• Lead luxury residential projects (brownstones, condos, townhomes) in Downtown Boston
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations
• Report directly to ownership and help grow the Boston division
• Oversee multiple active job sites and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Participate in strategic planning and division development

Profile

• 10+ years of PM/Sr PM experience in high-end custom residential construction
• Strong portfolio of ground up custom homes & high end brownstones
• Ability to lead teams and communicate with high-net-worth clients
• Local market knowledge and ability to commute to Boston and Metro west

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $160K
• Bonus potential of 15-20% (total comp $200K+)
