CNC Manufacturing Engineer - Precision Metals - Shrewsbury, MA
This role involves programming CNC machines to produce precision metal components while interpreting technical drawings and specifications. This CNC Manufacturing Engineer works closely with production teams to ensure quality, troubleshoot machines, and improve manufacturing processes.

Description
As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with machinists and fabricators to ensure smooth production processes.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools for quality and conformance.
- Assist with routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Profile
A successful CNC Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Experience with CNC programming using Mastercam, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD
- Mechanical Engineering degree or related field
- Knowledge of welding and machining best practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Quality control and project management experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with AISC or MASS DOT is a plus
